The front of the hotel is on Jalan Pantai Kuta and is quite noisy from traffic particularly at night till well after midnight.

Good location. Clean with good amenities. 3 pools were a nice touch. Excellent staff who were very courteous and attentive.

Fridge was faulty. All drinks would be frozen in the morning and one bottled water even broke (exploded). No hot water the first night, however, this was quickly fixed the next day upon us reporting it. A la carte breakfast was a little slow.

The staff were great. The hotel is run down with broken tiles everywhere. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. Hardest bed I’ve ever slept in. Pillows were huge and lumpy, we had no hot water for two days there. I couldn’t wait to leave

Maintenance is very poor. Overall quality of equipment is very kow. Too much noise during night from outside.

Great location, great pool and close to the beach.

The actual hotel didn’t look like the picture.This hotel needs a lot of renovation. One of our suites doesn’t have hot water, leak faucets, the door doesn’t close properly and a lot of broken area on the wood floors. The service from the restaurant needs a little improvement especially on food delivery we have to wait more than 30 for foods.

The location was good and the staff were very helpful.

The shower was quite old and not working properly. We had to call to get the shower tap and its accessories changed. The mirror in the bathroom was very old and we could see it was rusted and not enough light to be able to shave.

My room had a bad WiFi connection but the manager helped me out.

The location of the hotel is good, but that is it. It’s under Wyndham group of hotels yet there were loads of issues with this hotel. They charged us deposit for extra room key, when 2 ppl r staying in a twin bedroom 2 key cards is mandatory. Secondly the internal hotel phone line wasn’t working. So there was no way to contact the reception for anything. The breakfast wasn’t great at all. The AC was working okiesh. The shower in the bathroom hardly had water. There was absolutely very low light in the room and inspite of we getting room upgrade its was the smallest of the rooms I have ever seen. The complimentary water in the room had the smallest of bottles possible. During checkout the person taking out luggage even forgot 1 bag in the room and we had to go back to the room to get the bag.

We recently stayed at Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali for 11 nights and had a great experience overall. The location is fantastic—right opposite Kuta Beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and beautiful sunsets. Upon arrival, we were upgraded from a King Deluxe room to a King Executive with a balcony and oceanfront view. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large king-size bed, chaise lounge chair, mini-bar fridge, wardrobe, safe, walk-in shower, and ducted air conditioning. The hotel has a large swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was not easily accessible for someone with a disability like myself, as there were no proper steps or handrails. We later discovered a family pool with rooms that opened directly onto the pool area. After requesting a move, the staff promptly accommodated us. While this room was slightly smaller, it was still comfortable and had a patio door leading straight to the pool area. It also has a kids wading pool. Accessing the pool was still difficult due to the step ladder, which was challenging for me to use. We shared some suggestions with management, and as they are actively making improvements, we hope they consider adding better accessibility features. The hotel also offers a good buffet breakfast, including an egg station, juices, tea, coffee, cereals, pancakes, pastries, and muffins. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect. While there were some minor maintenance issues, they were dealt with quickly. With a few accessibility improvements, this hotel would be even better for all guests.

Smelled shower towels, No proper housekeeping

We liked our stay at Wyndham as it is very well located in Kuta. Close to everything and just in front of the beach. We were staying in a room quite far from the entrance but close from the car park. Lobby is very nice and pleasant to stay in. Room is perfectly clean and you got all the facilities needed and the infinity pool is very nice too. We recommend to stay there for a stay in Kuta ;)

There is a small renovation that can be confusing for some people.. The white window curtains are very dirty time to wash !!
